Uncommonly brief

I am a man of a few words here this week, largely because I am setting down many words elsewhere, and I am pleased with the process.

But as Teddy told the Democratic convention in 1980, "the work goes on, the cause endures, the hope still lives, and the dream shall never die."

Meanwhile, I'm pleased to report (second hand, sadly) that Adrienne's NEST bash was a smash, and that I have just posted a too long delayed Pheromones column, to your right and my left, on some wonderful music created by my friend Mark Flanagan. Mark's music can easily bear the burden of doing double duty as my Pheromones column and the BMGS soundtrack for today.
